1. Where do you advertise our properties?
We advertise your property directly on the Web. FYI, the internet is the first place the average consumer goes to when they are looking for anything to rent, purchase, information, etc,. Your property will be listed on Thousands of sites daily, some twice a day. We list on all of the major classifieds. Our results speak for themselves!


2. What if my property does not rent?
Our Marketing and Advertising service is a flat rate fee, for the purpose of marketing your property, we do not guarantee that your unit will rent, we do stand behind the fact that your property will get the exposure that you need to get it rented fast. Most of our owners rent their property within the first 2 weeks of Advertising with us. If your property does not rent, here are a few suggestions, make sure that you have priced the unit correctly, make sure that the property is worth what you are asking, in terms of condition of the units, is it newly remodeled, does It have curb appeal?


3. I just placed an ad in the newspaper, do I have to wait until it expires to sign up for your services?
No, But if you like that is fine, remember that time is of the essence, you want to get the unit rented as quickly as possible, so if you wait, and do not get a tenant from that ad, you have lost time and money. If you opt to wait until your ad expires, you may utilize the purchase of our 24 hour informational number for only $25 and you may put this number in your paper ad, and this will relieve you from answering the phone, over and over with the same questions and answers, Tell them when you are showing the property, property features and details, you will never miss another lead with the caller Id feature, delivered to you via text and email and the caller can connect directly to you, only if you want them to.


4. What is your lease renewal service?
Our lease renewal service, helps you to keep your existing tenants, so that you do not have to get that unit made ready every year, that can be very costly, you will need to market the property again and pay for advertising and maybe even pay a realtor or your management company 1 months commission, We find out if your tenants are planning to renew their lease and if not why. Sometimes, things go on in your building that you are not informed about.


5. What are your building surveys?
Our building survey is a great service, we contact your current tenants and find out if they are satisfied with your Management company and if they are responding to work orders promptly, we find out if the company that you hired, are they giving you your monies worth. We all know that management companies have limited liability, so if they do not get things done in timely manner, your city and tenants will go after the both of you causing you to lose thousand, maybe even hundreds of thousands to fight the case.


6. What If I wanted to hire you to do customize services?
We do customize services for Property owners, request a quote and we will notify you via email with a price quote.


7. If I have multiple properties, do I have to pay a Marketing fee for every property?
Yes and No
Yes, if you have multiple buildings, the fee is based per building not units. We do have bulk marketing packages request a quote.
No, if you have multiple vacancies in the same building. So if you have a 20 unit building with 3 vacancies it is one fee only. If you have 3 separate buildings with 2 units vacant in each, then it would be 3 flat fees. We advertise each building or property totally separate, with a printable flyer.


8. If I put my property on your classifieds, why do I need to use the Marketing Services?
A Combination of both services are great, you will get maximum exposure, we will market your property as an individual property and you will be listed on Thousands of classifieds throughout the US with the marketing services, plus the additional features you get with the services. As for Property listed on our site, you will be viewed by hundreds of thousands of consumers, with no additional services. So Combined you will get the maximum exposure to get your unit rented Fast!!!
