Package A — $100
24 Hour informational number with property details, showing dates, immediate notification, direct connect to you via text and email when someone calls your number, so you never miss another lead. You may use this number with your local advertising as well if you choose to.
Daily individual marketing of your property with color photo’s on Sites Frequently visited by tenants, examples are Craiglist, HotPads, Backpage and 1000’s more. You will be listed on our classifieds site as well, which is seen by hundreds and thousands of consumers seeking rental property.
Package B — $200
Package A plus: Pre-screening unlimited clients via phone and/or customized form for your callers to complete that will be emailed directly to you, which every you prefer. Calls will come directly to us for prescreening. (It is solely up to you to contact and schedule appointments).
Package C - $100 per lease renewed
Get existing tenants to renew current lease, why pay to get that unit made ready, when you can keep your existing good tenants. We will notify your existing tenants and give you a report of who will be renewing their lease, who will not and why. This way you may plan ahead to effectively find out your up and coming vacancy rate.

Package D – Tenant survey
$40 each for buildings under 5 units/ $250 per building up to 10-20 units.

We will assist you with keeping your existing tenants that are good and get rid of the bad. This is also an effective way to find out if your management company is completing work orders and tenant needs in a timely and effective manner. We all know that tenants go after the owner as well as the management companies, when they need repairs and they are not being completed in a timely manner, or have complaints about neighbors that are not being addressed. This could save you thousands of dollars in law suits.
Package E — equivalent to 1 months rent. (In Chicagoland Only) $100 marketing fee upfront.
