Our Story

GotVacants.com,Inc. was established to “Put People and Places together” and to save you thousands of dollars in Advertising Fees and Leasing Fees. We are a marketing and advertising company throughout the United States and a leasing company in the City of Chicago. We service residential and commercial office space. The vision and dream started because our founder felt the burden and the pain of property owners and tenants.

She started off as a real estate investor in California in 1990 buying and selling property. Then became a realtor to help others get the best deals available, because the realtors were keeping the best deals for themselves and not telling investors about any property, that they would not make a deceit commission off of. She was in the business to make money as well as to help others. With her deep compassion to help others, she helped investors find the best deals and maximize their profits, she sold over 10 milllion dollars of real estate to investors in the first 7 months of being a realtor. This made her even more motivated to see how many others she could really help. Being a single mom without any financial help from anyone, she was very determined, to make a difference in this world, her purpose in life is to help people get to the next level. She has been a business owner of several businesses in California, from hair salons, to marketing and research and consulting companies to childrens clothing stores, a real estate company and now GotVacants.com.

One day she decided to move to Chicago. She became a realtor in Chicago, now a Broker, and did not like how real estate was done in the state, so decided to look for another way to make money and provide for her child. She had a dream one night about the rental market and did some research the next day to see how it was done in Chicago. To much of her surprise the Realtors were not to responsive, nor motivated to show their listings. The real estate marketing was booming at the time, they were not interested in leasing units.

After she decided to specialize in the leasing side of real estate, doing this brought great pleasure. She was doing everything she wanted making money and helping others at the same time. This was her niche.

Her heart got burdened, when a tenant came to her saying that someone showed them property claiming to be a rental company and then disappeared with all the money they had, this actually broke her heart. For the past 5 years, she has worked very hard to find resources and ways to prevent this from happening to people, so GotVacants.com was designed to help “Put people and Places Together", in a way that they can connect directly.
